Crown Court was courtroom drama which ran between 1972 to 1984 and shown in the afternoons on ITV where it was produced by Granada Television. A court case in the Crown Court of the fictional town of Fulchester would typically be played out over three weekdays in half-hour episodes. Although those involved in the case were actors, the jury was made up of members of the general public from the local Granada Television area and it was this jury alone which decided the verdict.

Synopsis: After going through a painful divorce Audrey Taylor becomes the tenant of her pen friend, an ambitious and successful businesswoman Olive Hope. However the friendship went sour and Olive Hope finds herself accused of harrassing Audrey by turning in to the neighbour from hell.
